Estella Place (88 Song Hanh, Binh Trung Ward) is the daily-errand hub on the An Phu side — an Annam Gourmet, a supermarket (8am–10pm), ACE Home Center, Apollo English and family-friendly F&B. One honest caveat: we couldn’t confirm a big chain gym inside Estella Place, so plan on your building’s own gym or a short ride to the Thao Dien/Binh Thanh clubs. Phu My Hung: Crescent Mall, AEON and clinics in a walkable township
Phu My Hung is purpose-built for convenient family life.
